General warranty This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the part and only as long as the part remains installed on the vehicle for which it was originally purchased for 90 days, or for longer if an extended warranty applies. This warranty is not transferable or assignable. If any defect is discovered during the warranty period, Milliron must be informed immediately. All claims must be accompanied by the part and the original sales receipt. Defects must be verified and all work under this warranty authorized by Milliron. THE PURCHASER"S REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OR TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART. Such repair, replacement, or refund will satisfy all obligations under this warranty. Any improper use, abuse (including but not limited to overheating or low oil in engines and transmission), neglect, careless handling, damage done by improper installation or repairs, shall void this warranty. Melting heat tabs installed by Milliron, if applicable will be considered evidence of overheating. Labor costs, including the cost of moving attached parts from the purchaser's old part to the Milliron parts, seals, gaskets, fluids and similar supplies are specifically excluded from this warranty.

The liability and obligation of Milliron under this warranty shall not include any inconvenience, delay, transportation, towing, downtime, direct or indirect consequential damages from any defect. This warranty shall not include any labor expenses (unless a limited installation warranty is purchased) for any defect. MILLIRON DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. No action by Milliron under this warranty shall extend the original warranty period or alter its obligation. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.

Engines Milliron warrants the original purchaser that the internal parts of its engines to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. The parts covered by this warranty are the engine block, cylinder head with valves, cam shaft, connecting rods and bearing, pistons, piston rings, oil pump, crankshaft and bearings, rocker arms, valve lifters, and all other internally lubricated parts. Excluded from this warranty are the fuel components, water pump, all electrical -arts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injector pumps, all other fuel injection parts, and all other external parts. Calibration and adjustment of excluded parts is also excluded from this warranty. This warranty is void if new oil and oil filter are not used in installation.

Transmissions, Milliron warrants to the original purchaser its transmission to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of sale. The parts covered by this warranty are the transmission case, transmission mounted control modules, all internal parts and the torque converter. Excluded from this warranty are the transmission mounts, shift linkages, flywheel and problems occurring from improper installation. It is recommended that the front and rear seals be replaced prior to installation. Requirements for automatic transmission warrant coverage include fluid flushing all fluid cooling lines both external and those through the radiator and external coolers along with the installation of a new filter and fluid.
Other Parts Milliron warrants to the original purchaser that recycled parts sold will be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
