This is a  rebuilt tilt steering column for 79-83 and can be used also will fit  73-78 Chevy trucks, Blazer's and Suburban's Jimmy's with an automatic trans.  In great condition.  Can  be used on 73 to 78 trucks, just replace the intermediate shaft with one  that goes on 79-83 Chevy truck.   The letters on the cruise control lever have faded off, some pitting on the gear shift lever and tilt lever. Does not come with the rubber grommet on the linkage attachment. New Ignition lock cylinder with new keys, New Ignition switch, New steering column harness.

This is a nice clean  genuine Gm Factory Tilt steering column with cruise control for  Chevy / GMC  trucks, Blazers, and  Suburban's With Automatic transmissions. This column is in excellent  condition, Permatex thread locker was applied to the four column support bolts. Column is nice and tight Not sloppy or loose, tilts in all positions correctly, Shifter lever pivoting area is nice and snug No slop. The Multifunctioning turn signal assembly cancels in both directions correctly and also controls your cruise control.    Be sure to ask questions early.

IT HAS BEEN CLEANED, SANDED, REFINISHED WITH OEM 15243 SATIN BLACK PAINT ON UPPER HOUSING, GEAR BOWL AND SHROUD. COLUMN HAS BEEN CHECKED INTERNALLY EVERYTHING IS TIGHT AND WAS GREASED PROPERLY. TOP HOUSING WAS DISASSEMBLED, MOVING PARTS, BEARINGS WERE GREASED WITH HI TEMP REDS WHEEL BEARING GREASE AND , COLUMN WAS GREASED PROPERLY.
