All parts are used unless stated above in the condition notes. Parts will vary with different trim levels, engines, transmission, etc. To be 100% sure the part will fit, compare our pictures to the part you are replacing and check with your local dealer to ensure proper fitment. It is 100% the buyer's responsibility to ensure proper fitment.   Incorrectly purchased parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee along with the buyer paying all shipping charges. Professional installation and ordering of parts is required.

Shipping

All items will ship within Three (3) business days of completed and cleared payment. We ship only to your confirmed shipping address. We are closed for major holidays and Pennsylvania  is under a state of emergency.

We have many shipping options available, please select the delivery option right for you.

Please note we do charge full retail for all shipping providers. We do not make any money off of shipping and handle charges.

Insurance

All items are insured for the purchase price. If an item is damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the product(s). We will then handle the insurance claim. Do not return the item unless we tell you to do so. Please note all serial numbers and tamper proof labels are applied, if they do not match what we have sent out then we will not issue a refund. The item must be returned to Auto Parts Haven within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date. All items must be returned in the original packaging and  in the condition it was sent in. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Once your return has passed our inspection,  the buyer will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. Ask any and all questions prior to purchasing! If you do not get a reply from us within 2 business days please message us again and we will email you with your provided email after purchase. We do not have phone support to keep our costs down and pass the savings onto our customers.
