One 15” full deluxe wheel cover for 1977-1979 Oldsmobile delta 88 and regency 98 models This cap is in excellent condition and is really a decent show quality cap. There are a few very insignificant blemishes associated with age and use. That said the center emblem and striped insert are excellent with no damage and have full luster the polished finish is also excellent and needs a light buff to be exceptional.
