Custom housingto replace the factory thermostat housing and eliminate the thermostat.   This housingis modified to flow the fluid through the cooler 100% of the time resulting in:

•Lower fluid temperatures

•Extended fluid life

•Full time cooler flow, regardless of operating temperature allowing for Instant fluid level check.No need to wait for the trans to warm up and cool down before an accurate fluid level check.

Most common failure I have seen with the 6L80 transmission is pump failure that is due to high fluid temperature. Using this product will lower your transmission fluid temperature and extend the life of your transmission.

Most 6L80 from 2015 up

This fits the steel lines, not aluminum lines for those who have trucks 2019 and newer

Does not fit vehicles with clip in lines like the 2014 model

It is very easy to install, there are no additional parts required for you to install this part. You would be removing the factory thermostat block and installing this one in its place. All (3) seals will need to be transferred to prevent leaks.

Tools required for install, 10 mm socket or wrench, and 13 mm socket or wrench.

Suggest to get the left side of the vehicle off the ground, to get under and transfer the parts. The housing is close to the exhaust, be sure to work on it cold if you do this yourself.
