As a leader in the wheel industry, we use a unique shipping process to make sure products are delivered in original condition.   Below, we have provided step by step images of our shipping process.  
International customers are responsible for all customs fees associated with the shipment.   Why Vibe?  

#### Why Vibe?   All product(s) must be in its original, unused, sellable condition.   If the returned merchandise is not in the same condition as it was when sold, we will not be able to process the return and the merchandise will be sent back at the buyer?s expense.   All products must be returned in its original box and/or packaging.   Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.</p>

<p>Special order product(s) cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.   Please refer below to see which products are categorized as special order products.</p>

<p>If an exchange for a product is requested, the product(s) must still be in its original and unused condition.   Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.   Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of the exchange and will vary depending on the nature of the product.</p>

<p>Errors made on behalf of Vibe Motorsports will qualify for a free return/exchange depending on customer?s choice.   No restocking fee will be charged.</p>

<p>Before returning or exchanging a product(s), please contact us to issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the product(s) back to us.   Any returns or exchanges sent back without an RMA are subject to additional fees and deductions.</p>

<p>Return labels can be issued to the customer but will result in a deduction from the refund/exchange.</p>

<p>Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued via original payment method.   If payments were made via wire transfer, a check will be mailed.</p>
