PLEASE USE PART #...This is a genuine OEM Dodge headlight for the left side of a 2019-2021 Ram 2500 and 3500 heavy duty, with Premium LED multi projector option as shown and part # 68360185AD, actual item pictured. This is LED and this light is sold with all bulbs with the modules or ballasts included as shown and as sold by the dealer. The mount tabs and housing are fine and unrepaired except the lower inner tab is broken partially shown in pictures 1 and 7.   There are also 2 small holes on the under side of the housing where studs have been broken off and they will need to be sealed shown in picture 8. Under where the bumper covers there is a small crush on the lens edge to housing edge that will not affect anything, but should probably be sealed, shown in picture 6. The lens looks nice used with very light road wear and does also have some little scratches that are minor shown in picture 5 that would sand and buff or could be lived with, buyers choice. If you want a genuine oem headlight that will fit your car at a great price, this is it.
