It was not removed from a wrecked truck, it was removed and replaced with a big off road bumper. It comes with everything you see. No additional hardware or brackets. It does not have holes for factory fog lights or park assist sensors. If your truck needs these holes or has fog lights, you can always switch your plastics out. This bumper is in great used condition. There are some minor blemishes including scratches & scuffs throughout (worst pictured). Very nice used bumper.
