PLEASE read this...This is a genuine OEM Mazda headlight for the right side of a 2017-2021 Mazda CX5 with LED and adaptive option, actual item pictured. Please use your part # to avoid costly mistakes which is KL2L-51030 which is on the sticker of your light. If you are not sure, please ask questions. The lens is showing normal light road wear and does have some short light scratches in one top area shown in picture 4 that will sand and buff and it has not been refurbished. This light comes with all LED bulbs and components included and all mount tabs and housing are fine and unrepaired...BUT there is a small split at the base of the top outer mount tab to glue and the outer housing has a small piece missing that needs to be sealed, both shown in pictures 5 and 6. If you want a genuine headlight that will fit your car at a great price, this is it.
