PLEASE USE PART #...This is a genuine OEM Chevy headlight for the left side of a 2015-2020 Suburban or Tahoe with HID xenon and LED option and part # 84294340, actual item pictured. This is HID and LED and this light is sold with all bulbs and ballasts included as shown. There are no broken tabs except the lower outer which is broken off and included to glue back on. It is a good fit but a piece of the housing next to it is still missing so will need to be sealed. The lens looks nice used with light normal road wear only. If you want a headlight that will fit your car at a great price, this is it.
