Shipping

Please read carefully the shipping information below and follow the instructions since we cannot ship the item without your contact information.

We ship all BIG ITEMS via Pilot Freight Services. Pilot is a freight shipping company in America and they have stations nationwide where you need to arrange a drop-off to deliver the item. This means we have to ship from one Pilot station, to the closest station to you, and once it arrives there they will call you and somebody will need to arrange a drop-off within 3 days after being notified that the item has arrived at your closest station.  Please make sure to send us the following information:Your name, your last name, and your correct phone number.  REMEMBER WE CANNOT SHIP THE ITEM WITHOUT YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION.

It takes from 3-15 business days for the order to arrive depending on the destination.  Usually it takes more time when we ship to the east coast due to the long distance, since we are located in Los Angeles CA and the item is being shipped by ground. When we ship up north there are times that delays may happen due to the weather conditions. If you want your order shipped in a specific Pilot station please message us.

We will only ship within the North America in the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands or Alaska, Delaware, Montana, and a few other states. Please make sure to google a location near you before purchasing to make sure you will be able to pick it up. We do not offer international shipping.
