Local pick up is available on most items at our facility located at 3275 N 750 E Layton, UT 84041. Due to the increasing number of vehicle options the buyer is responsible to check item compatibility against the part they are replacing before purchase. -It is important to remember items are used; there may be scuffs, scratches and other cosmetic marks that do not affect item function. We do our best to accurately describe the part to the highest customer standards.

-Part finish and color (i.e. painted panels) cannot guaranteed and is described and sold as is.

PAYMENT

-Purchases made by Utah residents are subject to a 7.25% sales tax . Some items may require wire transfer or payment in person.

-Payments must be made within 3 days of sale, if you can not pay for the item please do not purchase it!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

-Items will only be shipped to the address that comes through on the order.

-Most items ship the same day or within 24 hours of purchase.

-Shipping rates apply within the 48 US Continental States.

-If you need an item overnight, please contact us before purchase.

-Freight shipments may take up to 3 business days to pack and have picked up, please contact before purchasing to discuss freight. Any listed freight costs are to a business address with a loading dock or forklift, residential delivery is an additional $150 to the lower 48 states. If your country does not qualify please contact us and we will quote shipping.

-Customs and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the sale price of the item.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

- Items eligible for returns need to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Items should be inspected upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of receiving the item if they find damage or error.

- Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received.

- If any company markings, stickers or stamps are missing from a return, the item will not be accepted.

- Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for all items.

- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

- The purchaser is responsible for return shipping on items unless otherwise noted.

- If you experience problems with the items within the warranty period please contact us so we can begin the return process and approve the return and shipping address.

- Warranty covers parts only, labor is not covered.

- Items listed “AS-IS”, “For Parts”, “Untested” do not include a warranty and will have their own return policy listed in the ad.
