Turnaround time is generally 2-3 days upon receiving your tipm, depending on volume. We try our best to complete within 3 days!

If your tipm tests fine, you will be notified, and refunded to only pay the $92 test fee. Your tipm will then be shipped back to you.

We will also test your BCM for connectivity (little silver module that screws into your tipm, if you have one)

 - please leave it attached to your tipm!

If yours tests bad, we can provide one - you will be contacted if you need one.

After you pay for the repair service, please message us the issues you are having with your tipm / vehicle.

We will respond with your repair number to write on the box when you ship your tipm to us.

WARRANTY and REFUNDSWe provide a one year warranty ONLY on the repair work done to your TIPM.

                  This does not cover new issues down the line, but we will repair new issues for 50% off!
