If the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we must ask you for a digital picture (of the part installed) and your vehicle’s VIN number so we can properly assist you.

Parts Covered by Warranty – in case the part sold fails to work due to defective material or wrong fitment, Shoudis Automotive will replace the part or issue a full refund (Shoudis Automotive’s choice) up to the cost of the part purchased price (NO labor cost refunds).

Items NOT Covered by Warranty -Seller not responsible for buyer purchasing wrong part. For parts that are not defective, but are returned, shipping costs are not refunded, customer pays for shipping the part back, and a 20% restocking fee is applied.

Expect shipment of your item(s) 1 to 2 business days after full payment is received; expect delivery 2 to 9 business days after shipping date (United States).
