BLACK AND BLUE - RARE: 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero SportCombi Wagons/Hatchbacks with Spare Wheels and Hakkapeliitta Snow Tires
This is a Saab enthusiast find of the year, one black and one blue 9-3 wagon with different option packages.
I purchased the Blue Saab in Harbor Springs Michigan, I'm the 3rd owner clean title. It was involved in a rear end collision last year and was pushed into the vehicle in front causing major damage to the rear end and minor damage to the bumper/front right and left fender. The cargo area deck was also buckled in the collision. Half of the work to replace the hatch is complete: I pulled the wire harness and bundled it, and replaced the glass with plexiglass. The hatch is not operable but it is latched, the tail lights, brake, rear turn signals, and reverse lights function so the vehicle is quiet to drive and the car is street legal and runs great. It's VIN is YS3FH51U361102020. It is an AWD and the turbo works really well super fun to drive. The only known issue other than the rear end is the sun roof needs a new motor, the pop-out cup holder up front doesn't work, there is more than usual wear on the driver side seat, and sometimes the rear locks don't engage/disengage upon pressing the lock/unlock. It has 140,433 miles. Some of the options it does not have that the black Saab has are noted below.
The Black Saab was purchased in Kensington, MD, I'm the 2nd owner, clean title. It's VIN is YS3FH51U261110478 and it has 137,490 miles. The roof and hood clear coat has worn off and the turbo could use a tune up for optimal compression. Other than that the sun roof cover is missing the liner fabric and sometimes the rear locks don't engage/disengage upon pressing the lock/unlockbut all accessories work including the sun roof. The features/options that the black Saab has that the blue Saab does not are: Window anti-pinch, drivers seat multi pre-sets, wipers have auto on rain detection, it has a roof rack, and the cargo area cover is present in the vehicle.
