This part came from a 2006 Trailblazer LS 4.2l

It fit in my 2007 Trailblazer LT 4.2l, but it didn’t have fuse #59 rvc , which is a voltage regulator circuit. It worked, but the battery indicator light was on. I drove it for 2+ wks with no issue, but I found the exact match fuse block at the junkyard, swapped them out and since this one had the #59 circuit, the battery light is gone.

So, if you have an ‘06, this should work. The one clip broke, but it didn’t affect anything.

The key to compatibility seems to be matching the number inside the fuse cover, this one being 15141562

All fuses and relays seemed to work without any issues, pretty clean looking part too.
