All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day via UPA Ground or USPS. The address on your Paypal account MUST be verified. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please inquire about Ocean freight international or expedited shipping.

Return Policy

Most of our parts and accessories are USED. However, they are returnable and refundable if they are found defective or damaged. You MUST contact us within 14 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item. Refunds will be credited within 3-5 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
