You are getting a used original factory radio Bose amplifier PN 28060 CG012 .   The part came out of a 2008 Infiniti FX35 but may fit several 2003 to 2008 Infiniti FX35 and FX45 models equipped with similar Bose amplifiers.   Please check the part number and ensure is the same as the one for your vehicle.   We are also providing the VIN for the donor vehicle for your convenience, which may aid into cross reference possible fitment.   What you see in the pictures is what you will get.   This amplifier is used but was working prior to removal from the donor vehicle. This is a used part, therefore, expect normal wear and tear with minor scratches.

Most parts will interchange, however, part fitment are suggestions and it is up to the buyer to make sure the part fits their vehicle.   We cannot be held responsible if parts do not fit customer’s vehicle.  All the parts we sell are guaranteed to be in good working condition unless otherwise noted. We ONLY guarantee the part(s) will fit the vehicle(s) listed in the donor vehicle description.  If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the EXACT part(s) listed, it is the buyer’s responsibility to consult a local dealer to see if it will fit your vehicle. Terms and Conditions

All Parts are used unless otherwise specified in posting. Please verify you are purchasing the correct part for your vehicle.

All items advertised are in stock and should there be an error in our inventory, the customer will be notified immediately and refund would be issued.

Items do not come with instructions

Professional installation and/or assistance is strongly suggested. Please note, buyer assumes all risk and liability if they decide to install it without professional help. There is no warranty for self-diagnosis. We will warranty our part if the part is defective, not if it does not solve the problem with a vehicle.

Returns

The buyer must notify us within 30 days from the date the item is received for any return. Items must be returned in the same condition as bought from us.   Once the part has been received, inspected (i.e. serial numbers, identifying mark, tamper proof labels) and verified against our system, we will issue a refund for the price of the part.   However, customer must pay for return shipping.

Warranty

This part comes with a 30-day warranty and we will issue a refund if the part fails within such period.   However, refund will not be provided if the part was damaged during installation or there was a wrong diagnosis (the part is functional but the problem in customer’s car remains).   Warranty on electronic devices is void if identifying mark or label is removed or has signs of tampering.   If part fails within the warranty period, do not ship the item before contacting us and receiving a valid warranty return number.   Once we receive the part, we will proceed to test it and if we find the part to be defective, we will issue a refund for the part and return shipping no questions asked.   However, if part is found to be operating as designed by the manufacturer, we will share our results with buyer and return shipping will not be reimbursed.

- Unless item description states otherwise, all parts are from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup.

- Items described as driver or passenger side refer to US made specifications, or left hand drive vehicles. For clarity, passenger side refers to right side when sitting in vehicle, and driver side refers to left side when sitting in vehicle.

A= like new, fully functional, no scratches or dents (basically just like you just got it from a dealer)

B+ = Small scratches, dents

B = Dents, Major scratches but still fully functional)

C+ = some cosmetically damage

C= missing parts, cosmetics, cracks.
