This came off of a 2003 Cadillac CTS. While it should fit 2003 to 2007 model years. It has the clear plastic lens that was available only in 2003. I can't see any major damage to the lens, but it does have some play on the outermost driver-side edge. It also comes with bulbs and the wire harness. They have not been tested as of now.
