Ladies and Gentlemen, what we have today is one new old stock and one re-chromed, 1950's and 1960's, Yankee " DART " mirrors. These resemble the jet age with red fire coming from the back of the dart. Okay, let's first start with the re-plated one. It has been quadruple plated with copper, double nickel, and chrome many years ago at very steep price. Show chrome indeed. The mirror head is NOS and was not re-plated, but does have tiny, tiny ding from the inside, not the outside. Just a factory blemish. The tinted, non-glare glass is excellent. Now let's talk about the new old stock mirror. Not show chrome, but still excellent as Yankee has its own four layer plating process too, but as mass produced mirrors. The tinted, non-glare glass on this one has a slight bevel around the edge of the glass. Some shelf wear on the back of the head, but no dings. What really makes these extra nice, is they have the mounting brackets. If you happen to see others out there like these, ask them if they have the bracket. Probably not. Sorry, but I don't have the mounting gaskets. Please see all pictures. Will ship worldwide.
