We do REQUIRE your core cylinder head be returned to us. We accept cracked, warped, or damaged cores as your exchange. We make it easy for you to return your core as we provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label. Just put your core head in the box that you received the rebuilt head in and attach the prepaid label. There is no cost to you to return the core. The transaction is not considered complete until we receive your core head. Your core cylinder head should be returned to us as complete as the rebuilt head you receive from us. Core must be returned within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in a core charge being billed to you.
