4. It is strongly recommended to conduct professional maintenance and installation.

Note:

The compressor you are ready to replace has failed for some reason, and it is important that you find out the cause of the compressor failure before installing our compressor, a step that allow you to avoid the pain of multiple replacement. 80% of the compressor fail because of a lack of lubricating oil or because of the blockage of the system. Remember, 60% of the oil in the refrigeration system should be in the compressor. So, if the total amount of oil in the system is 200 ML (6.76oz) then the compressor should have 130ML (4.39oz) of oil. Because the refrigerants are circulating in the system with oil, and finally they flow back to the compressor. If the reason for the failure of the original compressor is that there is not oil or there is not enough oil, then the system has a leakage of refrigerant or a place to block, preventing the lubricating oil from flowing back to the compressor. The residue and blockage in the system prevent the normal oil from flowing back to the compressor during the day. If you don’t fix the leak and blockage, this compressor will also fail.

Confirm the correct amount of refrigerants on board according to the requirements of OEM. If the refrigerating capacity of the car is insufficient, the amount of refrigerants should be increased. Refer specifically to OEM instructions.

After the old compressor is taken down, drain out the oil in it. In this way, turn the compressor upside down and shake the position above the middle of the compressor to pour out the oil. Pour the used oil into a clean cup to see if there is any residue and stains in it. Both variable and compressors have an oil plug that should be removed before pouring oil.

If the oil poured out of the old compressor is a thousand clean and has 60% or more of the OEM requirements, flush out remaining oil in the system. At this time, it is necessary to determine why the original compressor failed.

*Did the clutch burn out?

*Is the voltage output from the system to the clutch correctly?

*Is the shaft seal of the compressor or gasket of the cylinder block leaking?

If it is one of the above problems, then it is the compressor problem. If the condenser fan fails, it will cause the air flow to reach the condenser to weaken, so that the refrigeration system does not get the required heat.

If there is not oil or not enough oil in the compressor, there may be a freon leak in the system, find the leaked part, fix it or replace it, and do not use sealant in the system.

Before installing the compressor make sure that the system has the recommended amount of oil too. If the compressor has the amount of oil required but the system doesn’t have enough this will lead to compressor failure any way

It takes at least 45 min to clean the system, a process that removes residual solvents and moisture.
