USPS PRIORITY AND EXPRESS MAIL SHIPMENTS -USPS Shipments will ship out from our facility Monday through Friday- Payments cleared before 10:00 AM cst will ship the same day. UPS SHIPMENTS -UPS Shipments will ship out from our facility Monday through Friday- Payments cleared before 10:00 AM cst will ship the same day. FREIGHT SHIPMENTS We ship out freight shipments Monday-Friday. Freight Shipment pickups CAN NOT occur on Saturday or Sunday. Please understand that freight shipments can occur longer than traditional delays. Pickups are scheduled PER EACH SHIPMENT. The "handling time" can vary from 1-3 business days depending upon the shipping company's schedule, however we do our best to speed this process up as much as we can. Tracking information is available upon request. If there are any additional fees, we will contact the buyer before shipment. All Freight Shipments will include a $20-$40 handling fee to cover crates, pallets, and misc charges that are part of shipping. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ANY item that is returned for ANY reason will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
