Please note that the majority of our items are in used condition.   If your looking for like new we recommend purchasing new.   We sell used items at a fraction of new cost so please take that into consideration.   We do try to make sure our products are clean prior to shipment.  If you purchase an item from us you are purchasing the exact description of the item.   For example if we have an Item is Listed for sale such as a Tail light that is exactly what you are purchasing.   Other parts such as accessories, bulbs, wiring, etc. may be pictured and included however the tail light housing is the only item sold and covered under any warranty stated.

*RETURNS*  Please contact us first to see if we can resolve the issue. if the item is a car part please include the following in your message, What year, make, model, and trim level of your vehicle. Any other information pertaining to the part such as engine size, transmission type, etc. and also what your original issue was that your trying to resolve.  Please make sure the returned item is packaged well and check to make sure the item returned has our markings on it.
