This is a black steering wheel for the 1996-1997 3rd Gen 4Runner. The 1998-2002 has the four spoke steering wheel. They’re interchangeable but I really like and prefer this two spoke style.
I’ve never seen one this clean. The wheel is incredibly clean and smooth and the color is consistent not patchy. Rare to find an OEM wheel that is 27+ years old like this.
