![Allgeier Parts must be paid-for before shipping.

• Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.
• Most items ship within 1-2 business days of payment; items paid for on the weekend or holidays ship on the following business day.
• Most deliveries arrive within 5-10 business days; most areas in the lower 48 are within 5 days.
• Any free shipping we offer is for the continental United States only.
• Local pickup is also available; please contact us prior to purchase.
• If a broken or wrong item is received, please contact us upon delivery.

Warranty & Returns

• Allgeier's management team reserves the right to determine if a part is to be refunded or returned for credit.
• ALL returns and exchanges must be preapproved. Allgeier does not pay shipping for return of warranty items. If items are made available for pickup, shipping charges can be avoided.
• Examine all merchandise upon receipt. All merchandise is sold "AS IS". We will replace defective merchandise returned within 90 days.
• We attempt to ship only quality parts. If a replacement part is required and is not available, approved refunds will be issued less shipping charges.
• Engines are warranted for 90 DAYS against rod knock, cracked block, cracked head, bad camshaft and excessive oil consumption. In order for the warranty to be honored, Allgeier Auto Parts must be notified immediately, while the engine is still in the vehicle, so an inspection can be completed.
• Electrical parts are non-refundable; if found to be defective, exchange will be made.
• Cut parts are non-refundable.
• 25% restocking charge will apply to all accepted return parts.
• All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards upon receipt.
• Buyer must ensure proper installation of part(s) after time of purchase. Allgeier is not liable for damages which result from the sale of any part including, but not limited to, labor charges to install or remove the parts, as well as loss of income, wages or salary or car rental charges.
