The item for sale in this listing is a stock OEM 1994-96 Chevrolet Caprice/Impala blue lower dash radio bezel. This item comes with everything in the photo's. It is missing 2 tabs that hold the access panel on under the steering wheel but it still stays up fine. Please check the photo's, it is not missing any mounting tabs!
