There some small dents over the surface of the door, these have been circled. There are scratches to the paint in a swipe. We have done our best to mark apparent flaws. Please, review all pictures. The item shows signs of Age and Wear, including, but not limited to: Corrosion, Wear, and Dirt + Grime Build-Up. However, the item is fully operational, and functions as intended.**

Residential delivery is not offered due to additional shipping fees required for such a delivery.
