Shipping

• If listing states free shipping, the free shipping within the 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, or any other outlying islands will have additional shipping charges.
• We ship by UPS and USPS, depending on what is more economical for us. Larger items that weigh more than 150lbs or are larger than are shipped with a regional freight/LTL carrier. Additionally items that are too large dimensionally will also need to go with a regional freight/LTL carrier.
• Items shipped by freight will require signature upon delivery. If there is a problem with delivery the buyer is responsible for all additional charges (ex. redelivery, limited access fees).
• Local pickup is available (6% sales tax will have to be added to final price).
• Local delivery available to local businesses only.
• All items are shipped insured; if item is damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us to file a claim.

• All returns MUST be accompanied by an authorized RMA contact us to initiate the return.
