Here's a window lock-out switch for 1992 & 1993 Cadillac DeVille; 1992 Fleetwood {f.w.d.}; & 1993 Sixty Special.   Tested & works.   Photo 4 shows the back of the unit, none of these came with the 3rd light bulb--there's supposed to be only 2 in positions shown.   Item in photos is the actual item you will receive, so take your time to zoom in & check the quality for yourself.
