This is a metal outer chrome with some damage noted in the pictures. It’s not perfect, it’s been on the road and then stored. This is not a reproduction it can be fixed and rechromed or used . The clips are included
The inner piece is as best as I can tell original it is free of cracks and will armoural nicely. The chrome strips are pitted.
