You are viewing a metal rail that goes in the front of an Isuzu Pup or Chevy Luv. It was from a Diesel truck but may work on Gas powered vehicles too. It came off a 1982 but will go on models from 1981 to 1987. It is the bracket for the hood latch and release and cable. It is in nice condition and not bent up or rusted out as so many are.
