this is the mounting plate and pad that bolts to the cross member and a married NP435/NP205 setup in a 70s Ford Truck or bronco.
the rubber is in good condition and the part has been cleaned.
there is some rubber over mold on one face. that is what is showing in one picture. rubber is still in good condiition
comes with the two bolts that connect it to the transmission.
