Fitment Type: Direct Replacement
This listing is for one set of 4" factory rear lift blocks and a set of rear upper spring plates for 2.5" wide rear leaf springs. The upper spring plates are straight and in good used condition. The centerline of the u bolts holes measure 3" x 3 3/4". The rear lift block measure 4" on both sides. These are dry western parts and will clean up nice. Question's gladly answered.
