Offered is a Good Used Ford Factory Cast Iron Bellhousing, #D1TA-6394-AA, installed in 1971-1973 Mustang and Cougar with 4 Speed Toploader Transmissions and 302 or 351W V8 Engines. Will also bolt up to 289 V8 as well.

If you try to use this item with other transmissions than what it is intended for, and return it, I will subtract a 20% restocking fee for my wasted shipping costs and supplies!! Ask questions to determine measurements of mounting holes if you need to!

This is a Passenger Car 4 Speed Top Loader Bell Housing, not for trucks!! Pictures show the depth at 6 1/4"!! Be aware of some being misrepresented that are 6 3/4" deep!

This bell housing has been thoroughly cleaned and refinished with DupliColor Old Ford Blue Engine Enamel. There are no cracks or stripped threads. The threaded holes have had a tap run through them. The fulcrum for the clutch fork is solid. One picture shows a small amount of material missing at the mouth of one of the mounting holes. This will not affect performance.
