You get all three headrests that are pictured. These are original GM headrests for the A body bucket seats, these have the dual posts, the single slide post is for a bench seat; these are for bucket seats. They are in rough condition showing dents and needing new covers. They will fit all GM A body cars which include the GTO, Monte Carlo, Chevelle, Cutlass, 442, Skylark and GS to name a few.
