This is an original GM black steering wheel out of a 1970 Buick Skylark and can also be used in the 1969-70 Buick Skylark, Skylark Custom, GS 350 400 455, Stage 1, Special, Special Deluxe, Special Wagon, Sport Wagon, LeSabre and Wildcat cars.

Condition is used, nice complete original steering wheel, does have some cracks in rim and hub (as pictured), horn pad is still very nice, will need to be cleaned, repaired and re-dyed before install, part number 9749717.
