Color: Chrome with a black ribbed background area.

Features: Overall has good chrome plating with just a few pits on it.

Here for your consideration is this very good condition original used condition 1962 Dodge Dart 440 or 330 model hood mounted emblem / medallion.   Cast on the back side with Chrysler part # 2099522.    This has an overall length of approx. 5-3/4", and a width at widest point of about 2-1/8".   This fits down into the recessed area in the front center part of hood.   This emblem / medallion has no damages or alterations from stock.   The two cast in mounting studs on the back side are not broken or corroded off. Come with nuts.   The chrome plating has a pretty decent shine still, with not too much pitting on it.   Some pitting in the black ribbed background area.   Black paint on ribbed background are is a little worn off, so if you wanted it really nice, it should be re-painted there.    I don't believe these hood emblems / medallions are available in any reproduction format, so getting hard to find.   Be sure to put in that good bid today to not miss out on this one!   Thanks for stopping in to look and bid!
