These are in fair cosmetic condition. They were taken off a car approximately ten years old and have been in storage since. The mounting studs & nuts are all intact. The chrome has a very nice shine. There are many small pits at the edges, and inside the crevices of the letters, but they don't detract from the overall appearance and presentation.
Good "driver" quality parts.
