Plate the core is attached to has rust through. Doesn't effect function and is out of site. Pressure tested to around 15 psi and no leaks could be found. That's why it is wet with soap in the pictures. Was inside "705" ventilation box. Probably fits a number of forward look applications this will fit. Do your homework to make sure if buying for anything other than 58 Plymouth Belvedere.
