- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.

B Grade

- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.

C Grade

- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.

- A part that has not yet been graded.

Shipping

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part).

FREE SHIPPING

  • All items are being shipped UPS ground

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your part(s).  Most areas within the continental US receive their items within 5 business days.

  • If you need other accommodations (overnight, 2 day or 3 day shipping) please email us BEFORE buying the part.

CUSTOMER PICK UP

  • Customers can pick up their item at the location stated in the listing. Sales Tax may be applicable. You must provide at the time of check out a day time phone number.

  • Must also provide our authorized Proof of Purchase email at the time of pick up in order for your item to be released. If you do not have one, Item will not be released. The Proof of Purchase will be emailed within 2 business days of receipt of full payment.

  • Parts that are being picked up at the yard are not packaged for shipment. They will not be wrapped, or boxed. Item will be ready for pickup 1-2 Business days after payment is recieved.

  • Please give 24 hour notice of when you want to pick up part.

  • If a part is ordered incorrectly, or is not needed, shipping costs are not refunded, and customer must pay for shipping the part back.

  • Keep in mind these are not brand new, out of the box parts. These come out of salvaged vehicles. If there is any damage known prior, we make sure to put it in the listing.

  • In the event an item is returned and has been damaged during installation, we will not give a refund. In the event an item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace or refund.

Warranty

30 DAY PARTS ONLY WARRANTY

  • NO LABOR WILL BE COVERED

  • In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

  • All parts come with a Warranty Sticker. Warranty is void if sticker is cut, ripped, removed or damaged.

  • Some parts are required to be reprogrammed through a licensed dealer. We do not cover any reprogramming costs.
