- Shipping prices apply only to the continental United States. Unless the item is small, shipping to AK, HI, GU, PR, or other non-contiguous US will incur additional fees. International shipping will have an international shipping rate, please contact us for a quote. - Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift; otherwise liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.
