Small and medium size items purchased before 2:00pm (14:00) PST will be shipped the same business day.  With exception to the

items requiring special packaging.

Orders processed after 2:00pm PST will be shipped same day or next day.

Processing time for larger size items (Hood, Door shell, Engine, Transmission etc.)1 to 2 business days.

Please note that we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Big size items like Hood, Engine or Transmission can only be shipped via Freight to a business/commercial address with a dock or forklift.

Shipping to a carrier hub near you (10-30 miles range) can be arranged if you dont have a commercial address.

Delivery to a residential address is available at extra cost.

To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx or USPS or UPS depending on which is most affordable and/or faster.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of item being received by the customer only if the item is non-functional or if it differs substantially from the description.

Please, do not buy just to check and diagnose your vehicle problem.

Buyer is fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Most of our products are offered with free shipping and free returns, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.
