This listing is for ONE (1) USED original equipment 14" 8-spoke wheel cover (Stock #1x #01) correct for use on the 1996-99 Saturn SL sedan or SW wagon models equipped with 14" STANDARD STEEL wheels.   This cap BOLTS-ON with plastic lug caps for added security. The lug caps are included. This cap has cosmetic imperfections from years of road use and exposure to the elements. For example, there are scratches on the outer edge and blemishes in the finish (see photos).   The back side of the cap is FILTHY, and it will be shipped out filthy.   Please understand that when making your purchase!!
