Freight Shipping:

1. We ship all our large and heavy items using our choice of an LTL freight company.

2. These large, and often heavy packages, must be shipped to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock.

3. There is an additional charge of $60 for residential delivery

4. There is an additional charge of $60 for liftgate service

5. If you do not have a commercial address and do not want to pay the additional fees, you have the option to pick the freight up at a local (to you) freight terminal at no extra cost.

7. All of our freight shipments are insured for the full value of the item.

8. Our items are almost always crated in a wooden box. They are built well and will NORMALLY arrive in perfect condition.

9. Sometimes packages get lost and damaged. We will work with you closely to resolve these types of issues.

Returns:

1. We offer a 30 day, free returns on all our non-freight items.

2. Each item is photographed before listing.

3. Return of an item in any condition other than what was sent will void return.

4. Return of an item that has been tampered with or altered will void return.

6. Return of an item with missing pieces will void return.

7. We offer a 90 day, parts only, warranty on drivetrain components.

8. To receive a refund for a warranty claim, we will require documentation stating what component has failed.

9. This documentation must be provided from a legitate repair facility. Sorry backyard mechanics.

10. We reserve the right to inspect and determine cause of failure in house.

11. Negligent install will void warranty.

12. No warranty on race, track or offroad applications.

13. There is NO warranty or returns on body or frame cuts. Once it's cut and its shipped to you, there are no returns unless it arrives damaged or misrepresented.
