Vehicle has collision damage but the items was untouched in the accident. The part has been stored in our warehouse. This part as well as our other parts have been inspected and tested by a certified mechanic. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Harbor Auto Used Parts Division, 480 Lynnway, Lynn Ma 01905 along with the RMA number.

Shipping info: All deliveries must be to a commercial address with regular business hours. Local pick up available, we are 7 miles from Boston MA. Full Refunds/Returns on engines are minus the shipping freight.

Harbor Auto ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground.
