To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS or Trucking Freight Shipper, depending on which is cheaper and/or faster. Please note: Oversize items like bumpers, doors, door panels, hoods, trunk lids, engines, transmissions and other similar items will be shipped via Freight or Greyhound Bus Lines. After you purchase such an item, you have to immediately provide us with your full name, phone number and the closest Greyhound bus station near you, where you will be willing to travel and pick up your item, or a business address with loading dock or forklift for freight deliveries. Return Policy:  All returns must be made and will be accepted within 14 days of item being received by customer, and only if the item is non-functional or if it differs substantially from the description!   Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable!  Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as the  item is returned to us and inspected. The refund process can take up to 3 business days.
