We have a shipping department full of custom designed boxes, proper padding machines, shock absorbing pads and more to try and ensure the safest delivery of your items. Occasionally items will need to have a custom box or freight pallet made and may slightly delay the expedient shipping of your item.

• We ship by FedEx, UPS, USPS, and regional freight/LTL carriers.
• Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.
• IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS, we can ship to a local freight terminal for pickup which is a simple and easy process. Terminal will simply call you when freight is ready for pickup and go get it. Items paid for on the weekend or holidays ship on the following business day. All of our items are pulled from vehicles already and ready to ship.
• Any free shipping we offer is for the continental United States only.
• International Shipping is Available for most items. Please contact us for specific needs. We have the ability to ship large items by pallet as well
• If your item shows lost in transit or delivered but you cannot find the package, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. If you have had a history of packages being taken and would like to add signature delivery or other services to your order, please contact us before ordering to have it added to the order for an additional fee.
• Local pickup option also available in Wausau WI and are able to transfer parts for pickup in Tampa FL at times.

Parts/Defects/Color Disclaimer

• Every effort is made to photograph the items accurately and to show products in detail, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and other defects. We are human and can miss small things. These are used parts. If you are looking for perfection, we would suggest buying new parts from the dealership.
• We cannot guarantee every monitor/screen will accurately depict the actual color of the item. Nor can we guarantee the lighting the part was photographed in will accurately show the part's color or defects.
• Bolts, screws, brackets, clips, and other components are not included, you will receive the item just as shown in the listing
• Any concerns about the condition of a part must be addressed before purchasing or parts can be returned after purchase at the buyer's expense within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

• Items found to be defective will be exchanged when possible. We do not cover ANY labor costs, programming, or other expenses. You are buying a used part.
• CORE CHARGES: We do not charge core charges on our parts/engines we sell; however, we do offer the option to buy back cores on select items. If you have questions or concerns about fitment, please contact us prior to purchase.
• You can best contact us during business hours Mon-Fri 8-4 pm CST. Messages sent outside of those times will be responded to at the next earliest possibility.
• After you have received your product in satisfactory condition, please leave us positive feedback.

We are a small group of automotive enthusiasts who started working together. A need for rare parts to finish our own projects has turned the part-out process from a hobby to a full-fledged business. We have done various projects such as an E46 M3 with S85 V10 Swap, and a 71' Skyline with RB25 Swap and others.
