Warranty

At Goldwing complete customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality Land Rover Parts.

• Warranty begins from the original date of purchase, not at the date of installation, and not as an addition to the standard warranty. These warranty terms shall supersede any warranty provisions, terms and conditions printed on our sales invoice.
• Our parts come with a 6 month parts-only warranty
• Goldwing reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any part sold under the standard or extended warranties as deemed necessary.
• Warranty is void if the covered part fails due to faulty installation, modification, negligent use, or by the failure of a non-covered component part.
• Any part sold for racing, heavy commercial, or off road use is not eligible for (or covered by) any warranty.
• No reimbursement will be made for expenses incurred due to loss of use from the failure of any covered part, including but not limited to: towing, lost wages or income, lost time or inconvenience.
• Purchaser must retain the original invoice and present it or the invoice number at the time of claim. Without this information your warranty will be void.
• Warranty is for original purchaser only, and is not transferable except when purchased by a dealer for installation into a customer's vehicle, in which case the warranty transfers to that customer only.

Returns

• All returns will be accepted within 30 days.
• In order for a return to be accepted it must be shipped back with the same care in which it was shipped to you. Parts that are improperly packed and show up broken will not be refunded.
• You must enclose a copy of your original invoice.
• All parts should be unused, and in the exact same condition they were shipped in. All parts are shipped with a sticker on them: parts that come back without them will not be accepted. Parts that were used, but not needed, will need proper authorization before sending them back.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns of parts that have been used.
• The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Incorrect or Non Functional Parts

In the event we send you incorrect or non-functional parts, we will ship you a replacement A.S.A.P. You will be provided with a call tag to ship the faulty part back to us. In the event we do not have a replacement part, you will be emailed a call tag for the part. Once part is here and tested, you will be provided a full refund including original shipping charge. If the part works properly or is not the incorrect part it will be treated as a normal return. If you have questions or concerns about fitment, please contact us prior to purchase.
