• Freight shipments to residential addresses are NOT available.  Shipment must go to a commercially zoned business address with a dock or forklift available or to the nearest terminal for customer pickup.  Please provide a proper shipping address and the name of the business it is going to when making payment. In the event the location is not a commercial address with the proper capabilities to unload a truck, FedEx may charge you additional fees as we will not be responsible for any additional charges.
• Freight shipments must be inspected prior to signing delivery paperwork. We will provide pictures of the packaged item prior to shipping so you can see what the shipment looks like.   Please compare to the item received on your end. If any damage is present, please accept the shipment and responsibility, as is or refuse and note the damage on FedEx paperwork. If the paperwork is signed, you are acknowledging that the item was delivered with no damage. If the item is signed for and the item is found to be damaged, the buyer may be held responsible. • In the event of a warranty claim, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund up to the purchase price depending on the circumstances and inventory available

• Documentation and pictures may be requested when contacting us regarding claims or damage.
• If a freight item is refused or returned due to buyer error or not picking up at the agreed upon terminal within 72 hours, the buyer may be responsible for ALL shipping costs, both to and from.

This is strictly for your convenience; these parts are not warrantied and may need to be installed to ensure proper functionality. Included in the warranty: engine block, cylinder heads, head gaskets, pistons, crankshaft, rods, bearings, oil pump, camshaft, lifters, and valves. Not included in the warranty: intake manifold, exhaust manifold, water pump, injectors/fuel system, hoses, brackets, wiring harness, oil pan, gaskets, and valve covers. All transmissions and engines must be installed with new seals, filters, gaskets, fluids, and cooler lines flushed to validate warranty. Receipts may be required to validate warranty.
